Inception, as a word, means simply beginning or start. In truth, ideas are the beginning of many things. Without an idea, you cannot plan. Without an idea, you cannot dream. Without an idea, you cannot achieve. Ideas are of paramount importance. In Inception, (2010, Director: Christopher Nolan) the idea is brought to the forefront from its place behind the scenes. There are three things about ideas the movie focuses on: the genesis of, complexity of, and pervasiveness of ideas.
